Shipping is based on weight and can be sent either by first class (4-6) days or by priority mail (1-3) days. USPS is the main carrier and they are usually on time, however if your package has not arrived at the scheduled time, please notify me so I can assist in resolving the issue.
Please note if new to any natural skincare products most of which contain essential oils; it is recommended you do a patch test on skin first to check for allergic reactions due to variations in skin sensitivities. If pregnant/nursing, please consult your doctor before using. The shelf life of products is about 6-8 months so it is the buyer’s responsibility to use them during this period. We do not accept responsibility for adverse reactions.

Temperature can be variable and the product can be affected by warm/hot weather conditions, or being in a warm setting during the shipping process, or being left outside for too long during summer months. These issues can lead to the product melting or a change in its consistency and level. It is recommended that the buyer refrigerate the product and stir it a little prior to use; or you can leave it as is. The content may look less because the butter will no longer have the whipped consistency but it will not change its effectiveness.
Please also remember to retrieve your product as soon as it arrives. We are not responsible for the product transport issues or delays in retrieval upon home delivery and refunds/returns will not be accepted.
It is critical that you check your information before submitting. If you as the customer, give an incorrect address upon check out to Etsy, we are not responsible for tracking down your package or sending you a replacement. If the parcel gets sent back to us, we will inform you and send it to the corrected address, but we will charge you for the extra reshipping cost.
Please contact us immediately (within 2 days) if an item arrives damaged. However, please send a photo of the damaged item and we will address the matter.
Etsy has a strict shipping policy and we comply to ensure we keep our timeline for sending out your order. Once an order has been shipped to a customer’s verified address with a tracking number provided, the order is complete. Once USPS delivers the package to you (the tracking number confirms delivery), we are no longer responsible for that package. If there is a problem, you will need to contact USPS or check with family or neighbors.
Life happens and unfortunately sometimes a package goes missing. The tracking number is the best way to see the status of an item. If it states delivered and you did not receive it, perhaps it may have been lost, stolen or mistakenly gone to another home. Please first check with your neighbors/family to determine if it was left there in error.
If no, please check with your local post office. It is important and your responsibility to use the correct address so please double-check that the correct address was used. Although we are not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages, we will do our best to follow-up on our end once we are notified timely.
Most of my ingredients are purchased from Amazon; some in local stores.
Many of our products have a ‘butter’ like consistency, and are made from naturally-derived oils and butters. Others like serums, toners, mists have a semi-liquid consistency and contain hyaluronic acid. Our masks are semi-firm and made with various clays and ingredients like charcoal, turmeric, oatmeal and more.
We use essential oils that are derived from nature’s trees, plants, roots, fruits, and flowers in all our products; as well as Vitamin E and preservative to protect the product. We do not use dyes, sulphates, parabens, and synthetic chemicals, and our products are eco-friendly.
